What is a tab? A tab is a set of browser windows grouped together and managed by the application you use. This is the case on desktop and mobile browsers, and with different applications (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer). On most browsers, you can create multiple tabs on a single page, and you can open them and move between them. The Android operating system supports an additional feature called multiple apps or windows per tab, that lets you open multiple browser windows on the same page.
You can organize your tabs by domains and create groups of tabs. Moreover, you can pin and unpin tabs, and set them to auto-rename themselves when renamed.
